Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns

We are glad to offer you 15 days to change your mind on the purchase of your Pilot Watch. You may return any unworn, undamaged watch, for a full refund of purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees) Any watch that fails quality inspection (scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Refunds can only be placed back onto the original method of payment

Returns Under Warranty

Please email us the watch Serial Number first to get a return material authorization (RMA) number before returning any watch. Once you have an RMA number, send us your return with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the box. Shipping fees for returns are in your charge. The watch must be returned with strap, buckle, box, user manual. Should any of these items not be returned, additional charges will be applied. Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit. Send package using either FedEx or UPS and insure the contents of the package.
